Floor plans, elevations, rooflines, window placements, and material direction developed so the house feels settled and balanced from every angle.
We refine room sizes, circulation, storage, and the everyday moments of the house. The structure of the home is organized to support how you actually live.
A full set of permit-ready construction drawings plans, elevations, sections, wall sections, key details, and schedules coordinated for your builder and municipality.
We remain available through permitting and into construction answering drawing-related questions and protecting the design intent as the project moves to site.

Most Lamadeleine Design projects move forward with construction budgets — excluding land, furnishings, landscaping, and HST — starting from $2,500,000.
