Each Project is Individually Designed

A working cross-section of the homes we design. Not a greatest hits, but an honest range: lakefront cottages, rural estates, ravine lots, and urban infill. Each is personally designed by Philippe Lamadeleine and developed with our in-house technical team.

No Fixed Style

Each project begins with the client's brief, the character of the site, and its local context. Some homes lean toward warm modernism; others are more classically influenced or transitional.

What remains constant is the underlying discipline — plans organized clearly, circulation resolved early, and elevations that grow out of the floor plan rather than being layered on afterward.

Composition & Balance

Across all styles, we attend carefully to the relationship between solid and glass, vertical and horizontal, roof and wall, public and private.

Volumes are composed so the house feels settled on its site — calm and well-proportioned both from the approach and from inside looking out.

Forestgate Residence, East Gwillimbury

A large estate composed through strong vertical elements and controlled massing. The plan balances symmetry with depth, allowing the house to read clearly from the approach while maintaining clarity through the building section.

Lakeside Horizon Cottage, Lake Simcoe

A restrained composition organized around horizontal lines, glazing, and reflection across the water. The relationship between interior space and water is resolved early, allowing the architecture and site to read as one.

Markham Crest Manor, Markham

A formal arrangement structured around symmetry and arrival. Circulation, proportion, and façade rhythm are aligned so the house reads consistently from entry through to rear elevation.

Ironwood Ridge, Caledon

A traditional composition refined through proportion, roof geometry, and material transitions. The plan supports a clear hierarchy of spaces while maintaining a cohesive exterior expression.

Wintergate Manor, Ajax

The house is organized along a central axis, extending from arrival through landscape. Exterior composition and site planning work together to create a clear and deliberate sequence.

Ravenstone House, Pickering

A grounded composition with emphasis on proportion and material balance. The relationship between massing, openings, and rooflines is resolved to maintain clarity from the approach.

Shinglegrove House, Caledon

A softer composition shaped by site and scale. The plan prioritizes livability, with spaces organized to support daily living while maintaining a calm, settled exterior presence.

Villa Roya, Sint Maarten

A layered composition stepping with the terrain. Structure, glazing, and outdoor spaces are coordinated to maintain continuity across levels and into the landscape.

Onyx Shore Cottage, Lake Simcoe

A contemporary interpretation of traditional form. The massing is simplified and clarified, allowing proportion and material to define the architecture without unnecessary complexity.

Not every enquiry will be the right fit, and that is understood.
