Lamadeleine Design is the bespoke residential design studio of Custom CADD Inc. Inc., a practice built on clear, buildable construction drawings. The studio focuses on a limited number of custom homes each year, allowing each project to be fully resolved before construction begins.
Every project is led personally by Philippe Lamadeleine, from first sketch through construction-ready drawings. The studio is kept intentionally small, ensuring direct access, clear communication, and continuity throughout the process.

Philippe has spent more than twenty-five years in custom residential design, working across projects ranging from compact urban infill homes to expansive lakefront and country estates.
Through Custom CADD Inc., he has supported thousands of projects across Simcoe County, the Greater Toronto Area, Lake Simcoe, and cottage country, with a focus on practical layouts, strong proportions, and construction-efficient drawings that translate clearly on site.
This depth of experience has been built not only through design, but through ongoing exposure to construction, builder feedback, and the realities of how homes are actually assembled. The work is informed as much by what happens on site as it is by what is drawn on paper.
Lamadeleine Design is the focused expression of that experience. Phil personally designs every Lamadeleine Design home, resolving proportion, light, circulation, and storage so that each space feels clear, intentional, and effortless to live in.
He works directly with clients throughout the process, helping to resolve decisions early and maintain alignment as the design develops. By staying involved from concept through construction drawings, he ensures the home is not only well designed, but clearly documented and straightforward for builders to execute on site.

Anshul leads the technical side of our work — translating design concepts into complete, coordinated construction drawings. He oversees plans, sections, and details, aligning them with building codes, structural input, and building science. His focus is precision: what clients approve on paper is what builders construct on site.
Aaron coordinates the moving pieces of each project — timelines, meetings, and document flow between our studio, consultants, and your builder. He is your main point of contact for scheduling and next steps, ensuring you always know where the project stands and what decisions are ahead.
